Having areas of expertise (niches) will definitely result in better paid and more enjoyable work from people who appreciate your skills.
Think about it:
If you needed an Accountant, you'd go for the one who specialises in working with Freelancers. And if you needed a WordPress website, you'd prefer one who specialises in WordPress.
Well it's the same with clients.
If they want specific tasks doing, they would much prefer a VA who specialises in that area and has experience doing that particular task.
In fact when you think about it, most freelancers and consultants specialise - and it makes sense that you do too.
But how do you identify the speciality services you could offer in addition to your regular admin support?
You get me to help you.
I know it can be really hard to see yourself objectively, so I've devised a step-by-step method to show you how to analyse your career history, identify your unique skill set, work out your niche, set your services and determine who would want to hire you.
You'll then be taken to my dedicated courses website where you can click to pay for the course and get started straight away. It only takes a couple of hours to do the exercises and they're actually really fun - and they involve coloured highlighters!
You then watch a video of me showing you how to analyse your CV. You apply the method I show you to your own resume, complete the skills questionnaire, answer a series of questions and then learn how to set your services and identify potential clients based on your results.
Now you know what you're offering and for whom. You're also safe in the knowledge that your business has a solid foundation, direction and focus. Clients will be confident you know what you're doing and you'll have a successful VA business that works for everyone. RESULT!
